How do I update my personal details / email address ?
To update your contact details, log into your account and select 'My Account' in the top right hand corner. Your Account Details will then be listed on the right hand side. Here you can click edit and update your personal details.
If you want to change the email address on your account, please send us an email at support@upboost.co.uk
Are my personal details secure ?
Yes definately, we never see your password and we use SSL encryption technology as standard so you can be assured that your details are stored safely and securely without being compromised.
How do I unsubscribe from the monthly email newsletter?
Please scroll down to the bottom of an email recieved by us and click the unsubscribe button which will allow you to update your email preferences.
Orders & Payments
How do i amend an order ?
We are unable to amend an order once it has been placed. The only option is to cancel or return the order and make a new order. Please proceed to contacting our team as soon as possible to prevent delay.
How do i cancel an order ?
Please inform us immediately and we will try our best to cancel the order, Orders which have not recieved a cancellation request before 2pm GMT will unfortunately have to be processed. The only way therafter to recieve a refund is by initiating a return request. For more detials please visit our returns portal page.
What payments options do you accept ?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and American Express cards.
We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna
How do i place an order ?
To place an order, simply add your products into your basket and click proceed to checkout. Then you will be prompted to enter your shipping, payment and billing information and click pay now and thats it ! your order will be with you soon!
You can create a Customer Account with us at any point, or checkout as a guest if you'd prefer.
When will my order ship ?
Orders generally process within 1 business day. Orders placed after 2pm GMT Friday will be processed the following Monday.
When your order has been processed by the courier, you’ll receive an email notifications with tracking and delivery updates.

Delivery & Returns
Do you include an invoice inside the parcel ?
We do not include any billing or payment information for orders being delivered within the UK. Invoices can be provided upon request.
I received a faulty/damaged product what should i do ?
We are so sorry that you have received an item that is faulty or damaged. We would love to get this rectified for you as quickly as we can.
As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Support Team by email: support@upboost.co.uk and provide the following information:
1. The order number
2. The product name
3. A description of the fault
4. An image and/ or video of the fault
Our Customer Support Team will review this as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
We aim to process your refund the same working day that we receive the product back at our warehouse. Once this has been processed, it should take approximately 1-3 days for the refund to be processed (depending on your bank ) you will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
Can you deliver to BFPO, APO & PO Box Address ?
Sorry, We are unable to deliver to BFPO, APO or PO Box Addresses.
Are they any shipping restrictions?
We are currently unable to deliver products internationally (outside of the u.k). For more details please visit our shipping and delivery page.
A missing item/wrong item received?
If you have received an item that is not what you ordered or missing an item you were expecting, please contact our Customer support by email at upboost@lintro.co.uk , with the following information:
1. Order Number
2. Name of the missing product / Name of the product you have received in error
3. An image of all products received in your order
If you are missing an item from your order, it may be in a seperate box (sometimes the courier can separate the boxes).
You can always check your dispatch note within your order to see what should be enclosed. If the missing product is not listed, it is likely its still on its way to you.

We offer a range of different courier services upon checkout you willbe prompted with many options to choose from, Orders above £40 will be sent via standard delivery
Time frames are:
Standard Delivery: 2-5 working days
Express Delivery: 2 working days
Next Day Delivery (on orders placed before 2pm)

Order not recieved ?
If your order has not arrived, please check your tracking details by visiting the Live Tracking page, It may be that no one was home when a delivery attempt was made, so the courier may attempt to re-deliver this to you on the following working day.

How do i track my order ?
To track your order, simply follow the link on your confirmation of dispatch email, this will forward you to our live tracking page, or visit the track my order page.
What is your Return Policy ?
Free returns within 90 days. We believe in our products and we stand behind them, thats why we have a 90-day guarantee no questions asked return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your product to request a return if you change your mind. 100% Customer satisfaction is guaranteed or a refund.
Any returns after this period will not be accepted.
Returns for damaged or defective products after 90 days can only be accepted pursuant to upboost's Limited Warranty. Please refer to our warranty terms page.
All products must be returned in perfect working order and must include the original packing with the accessories included. You will also need the order id, receipt or proof of purchase email.
To start a return,please visit the returns portal , We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
LINTRO branded products purchased through other retailers/online marketplaces must be returned directly to them in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.This unfortunately means our return policy is not applicable for such purchases.

We strive to make Upboost products as safe as possible. If our products are not used or maintained properly, there may be a risk of fire, electric shock, or injury. When using our products please follow these precautions accodingly:
Use only on a dry clean surface.
Do not place any objects on top of the ventilation holes of the air inflators
Do not immerse in water or allow water to enter the ventilation holes.
Do not drop or misuse the air inflators.
Do not leave the air inflators turned ON unless it is being used.
Only recharge any of our products with the supplied charger.
Carefully examine device and battery before each use.
Do not tamper or alter the product in any way.
Never leave the product operating or charging unattended.

What is covered under the 1 year warranty ?
This Warranty applies to all Upboost branded products which have been purchased from lintro.co.uk directly or authorized retailers and distributors. Upboost warrants that upboost branded products will be free from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Upboost's published guidelines.
